Imola, a consulting and skill transfer company, since 1983 has been involved, working alongside the Customers, in management and development of mission critical projects.

Imola’s highly qualified experts team may offer expertise in several domains, including finance, industry and public administration.

Imola’s goal on the market is to create win-win collaborations with the customers, based on a combination of mentoring, development, skill transfer and management activities, to achieve customer autonomy at the end of the given tasks.

GRUPPO IMOLA is the first Italian Selenium commercial supporter.

Selenium is a suite of tools to automate web app testing across many platforms and languages. GruppoImola adopts Selenium in many projects, and offers Selenium training through Mokabyte. Now it increases its leading position in open source products consulting by becoming the first Italian company to join Selenium commercial support group.

Romulus Project

From January 1st 2008, Gruppoimola participates as industrial partner to the Romulus project, financed by the European Community in the context of the 7th framework research program, sector "Information and Communication Technology" (ICT).

The participation to the Romulus project, after a long phase of selection that involved several European industries and research organizations, confirms the quality of the industrial research activities performed by Gruppoimola, as essential part of the company's mission.

Strategic Partnership

Gruppoimola, inside Sun Microsystems Open-ESB project, is the leader in the implementation of two connectors: a CORBA (jbi4corba) one and a Cics (jbi4Cics) one. These components are described on Open-ESB web site, CORBA BC and
CICS BC.
